I purchased this foundation a couple of months back now as I had heard such good reviews. Firstly I just want to mention the packaging, as you may know I love glass bottles and I really like the simple design of this product so this definitely had an impact on me to make a purchase.

The one thing I really do like about Mac foundation is there large colour selection. I went for the colour '3.0' which I would say is a pretty good colour match for me. I have only used this foundation a couple of times and each time I have applied it differently, I have used my fingers, a sponge and a stippling brush. I personally felt like it went on nicer with my fingers but I found that it is hard to blend in however I applied it.

The Matchmaster foundation has a medium coverage which does actually cover most blemishes and redness as well as feeling weightless on the skin which is something that I really like but if you
are after foundation with full coverage this isn't for you. Now I always apply a primer under my foundation as I personally don't like how foundation feels on my skin but surprising I tried this without a primer and found that it didn't feel so bad but I did find that it seemed to make my skin look dry which is not something I am used to and not really something I liked the look of as I do have oily to normal skin.

Even though you get a generous amount of product, I wouldn't repurchase the Watchmaster foundation as I personally just didn't get on with it so to me its not worth the £29.00 price tag, I just feel that there are better foundations out there that are more suited to myself.
