I don’t know about you but I love starting a new year, it’s like starting a fresh and achieving new goals and challengers. It’s a time to reflect on the good and bad that has happened, and be able to reinvent yourself from it. Everyone has goals to come back stronger in the New Year and today I’m going to share a few tips to make that possible.

Sort Your Clutter
This is the first thing I do and is my favourite; nothing says a fresh start like a fresh home space. It’s a time to refresh your bedroom, desk, contacts, and phone.

Establish Short And Long-Term Goals
By setting goals it gives you a long-term vision and short-term motivation. By knowing precisely what you want to achieve, you know where you have to concentrate your effort

Positive Thinking
This is one of the main things I am striving for in 2016. Positive thinking is a well-known strategy for improving quality of life and creating happiness. I’m going to try to focus on my strengths and accomplishments, rather than weaknesses and setbacks as this, in turn opens the mind to opportunity and allows more potential for making progress.

Buy A Planner
I remember when I never used planners so I would end up forgetting everything and feeling overwhelmed but I have been trying to get in the habit of jotting down appointments and notes etc. and seen a real difference.

I hope these simple tips will help you to prepare for your new year and I hope you achieve everything you wish for.
